Belize City youth wanted on firearms charges

He has not been linked to Thursday’s shooting spree but the discovery of a firearm, ammunition and drugs has put police in pursuit of a nineteen year old Belize City man. Orin Arnold, who also goes by the name Arthur Martin, is being sought in connection with Thursday night’s discovery of a nine millimeter pistol, eighty two twenty-two calibre bullets, one thirty-eight round and three three-five-seven rounds. Also found during the search of an apartment on Tigris Street was a small quantity of marijuana and cocaine. An all points bulletin for Arnold’s apprehension has been issued and the police are asking that anyone who sees him, call the nearest station.
