Is Boots’ Preparing for a Political Comeback?

Is Boots Martinez’s effort to oust Gilroy Usher from the House of Representative simply a ploy to stage a political comeback?  According to the former politician who represented residents of Port Loyola for four terms, he is taking all instructions from constituents of his former stomping grounds.
