Rudy Faber attends post mortem of his newborn
Last week Thursday we reported on the sudden death of five day old Alexander Russel Faber. The parents, Rudy and Judith Faber say their realized that Alexander had shortness of breath two days after his birth. And three days later he passed away at the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital. An autopsy began today but the results won’t be known until other testing is completed. Rudy Faber was about to step into the examination room after two this afternoon when told News Five that he only wanted to know the truth.
Rudy Faber, Father of Alexander Russel Faber
“Actually I’m requesting the autopsy and I’m going in right now and the doctors say they will do their best to find out what killed my child. What I really want is justice. To just really want to know what killed my child. Doctor Bulwer says he is going to take a sample and he will take the heart in person and check the heart of the child. I just want to know the truth and I’ll be satisfied.”
Jose Sanchez
“Are you satisfied that the new chief of staff is actually taking a personal interest in this case?”
Rudy Faber
“It is very interesting; all along we didn’t have anyone in chief of staff doing things like this. I think Mr. Bulwer needs to be commended for the good job he is doing.”
Jose Sanchez
“If the results are inconclusive and it doesn’t show anyone is negligent. What would you do then?”
Rudy Faber
“I leave it in the hands of the most high. I’ll let God take care of everything. If it proves that he died from a natural cause, then I guess we have to live with it.”
Jose Sanchez
“And in the eventuality that you and your wife decide to have another child, will you come back to the K.H.M.H.?”
Rudy Faber
“No, absolutely not. My aim is when I go back on my job I will go back and get a life insurance policy at Guardian for me and my wife.”
