Clinton Medina in Court for Theft of Motor Vehicle

Convicted prisoner Clinton Medina, who is serving time for firearms offenses, is back in court where he is on trial for theft. Medina is accused of stealing a Toyota Forerunner from businessman Robert Wagner who owns and operates Euphrates Auto Rental. In the courtroom of the Chief Magistrate, Wagner testified that Medina visited his place of business on September 24th, 2021, paid to rent a vehicle for three days and didn’t return the SUV. Despite all attempts to reach Medina, they were unsuccessful.
