Eighteen year old charged with Carnal Knowledge

An eighteen year old teen who allegedly had sexual intercourse with a twelve year old girl finds himself in all kinds of trouble tonight. The teen, Robert Sinclair, a mechanic of Jane Usher Boulevard, is charged with Carnal Knowledge after the girl’s mother made the startling discovery. The woman told police that she found out after reading her daughter’s diary that she had been sexually active with the teen from October first to November fifteenth. The student visited the Queen Street Police Station along with her mother where the mother reported the matter to police. A medical examination has since certified that the twelve year old girl is indeed sexually active. Sinclair was remanded until January twelfth, 2010.
