A B.D.F. Soldier is Charged for Armed Robbery

A Belize Defense Force soldier has been arrested and charged for allegedly robbing a truck driver at gunpoint.  Alexander Reynolds has been identified as the suspect who reportedly pulled off the robbery on November twenty-second.  According to investigators, they were able to make an arrest after several statements and evidence were gathered that led them to the B.D.F. soldier.

“Reference the robbery report made by Jorge Mencias on November twenty-second, an investigation was carried out which led to the arrest of Alexander Reynolds, twenty-five years old, Belizean BDF soldier for the crime of robbery. This is a robbery that happened where a truck driver was held up and some money was stolen.”

“Several statements were recorded, interviews conducted and evidence was obtained that led to the charge of Alexander Reynolds.”

“There were several persons involved in this robbery, only he has been charged at this time.”
