Mother Says Her Son Was Mischievous, Not into Gangs

Erlett Geban

Geban pleads with anyone who knows what happened to her son to reach out to her. The mother says that a check on her son’s Facebook page yielded no useful information. She says that while he was mischievous, her children are not affiliated with street gangs.

Erlett Geban, Mother of Missing

“Yesterday we went on Berry Street, where the young man lives. We went to do a search also and we came up with nothing. So I’m asking anyone if they have any information, just any slightest information – if you’ve seen anything or heard anything – I believe in God, so I know God is going to help me in regards to this. But I just need anyone that has any idea as to where my son is, dead or alive, I just want to have my son home. He’s my baby.

“What’s your number that people can reach you on?

Erlett Geban

“It’s 607 2314. Anyone can contact me. They can contact the police. They can contact Crime Stoppers. Anything, anything that anyone may know where he is, I just want to find my baby.”

“Was he having problems with anybody?”

Erlett Geban

“No. The police got a hold of his Messenger, his Facebook [page]. There wasn’t any threats. There wasn’t anything that was out of the ordinary. I just want him in my home. It’s not – my sons are not gang members. They’re not involved in gangs, so it’s not like anything is going to happen, any retaliation. I just want my son home.”
