Adela Ifield Found Dead in House in San Pedro

Adela Ifield

Thirty-eight-year-old Adela Ifield was found dead inside her home in San Pedro Town on Saturday morning. According to Ifield’s boyfriend, he had initially left her at their residence on Friday night in the San Pedrito area while he went out with his brothers. He returned with food at around ten o’clock before leaving once more. He says that he stayed in touch with Ifield through text messages, receiving the last one at one-thirty a.m. Upon returning home at five o’clock, he found her dead in their bed.  Ifield’s family has their suspicions and today, her aunt, Princelia Ifield, told News Five that she believes her niece was murdered.

“I am, I personally am thinking, they took my little niece out of her life. That’s right.”

“And have you met the boyfriend?”

Princelia Ifield

“Well, I’ll tell you the God truth, I never met that man at all, at all. But, Sunday After I came from church, I met him. And I said, oh, he’s you? Because He said, oh, I passed your house, he said we was to come and visit you? I said, just look at him, he said, anyway, tell me like this, he said everybody’s claiming that he killed her.”

“That’s what he said?”

Princelia Ifield

“That’s what he’s saying. And anyway, I said, okay. Then he told me like this, he said his mother is coming from the States. Then when I say, Ma come. And, boy, I don’t know. They all are liars. But anyway, his mother come and the mother going to buy the box. And he want, like, if we have anything, like, to do, donate to the wake. Post mortem isn’t even finished and you want money. Boy, come on. Well, I hope that everything goes well. And I tell you the God and love the truth. We want justice because my niece, she was a nice person, quiet. You ask her to do anything, she go buy and do this for you. But I don’t think she killed herself though. Me personally don’t think that.”
