The Belize Department Looks Forward to a Prosperous New Year Together

With the year drawing to a close, the Belize Police Department reflects on its relationship with the public and wishes to express its gratitude for all the support it has received this past year. The department also thanks all Belizeans for their collaborative efforts in keeping citizens safe. We spoke with Police Commissioner Chester Williams, who shared his season’s greetings and hopes for the new year.

“And finally, I want to say to the Belizean people again, thank you for your support that you have given us in the year twenty-twenty-three and as we close this year… twenty-twenty-four, I want to wish all Belizeans at home and abroad, not just on behalf of myself, but for behalf of the department On a whole, a healthy and prosperous, Christmas. And as we enter Twenty-twenty-four, may all your dreams the new year be fulfilled, but remember, dreams are only fulfilled when we do what we can to make sure that we bring them to fruition. So again,  best of luck and best of wishes for the holiday season.”
