The holiday season is an ideal time for personal reflection, allowing us to revisit the events that have defined the last twelve months. It takes only a few moments to ask yourself a significant question: “What am I grateful for?” Research indicates that cultivating gratitude not only enhances mental well-being but also fortifies interpersonal relationships.
