obber gets shot by his would be victim

Turning to crime, a robbery victim was spared from becoming the latest statistic since he was able to protect himself and his attacker is instead hospitalized. The incident happened after midnight on Saturday on a dangerous part of Banak Street. The police department is withholding the name of the victim, but the culprit is twenty one year old Emil Audinett, who was waiting to pounce on any unsuspecting person. The male victim was walking along Lake View Street and when he reached at the corner of Banak Street, Audinett punched him and tried to rob him. Audinett might have been successful, but he wasn’t aware that his victim was armed with a gun. The man drew his pistol on Audinett and fired several shots which caught him. The man filed a complaint with the police and officers found Audinett at twelve-forty-five a.m. on Sunday morning in the trauma ward of the KHMH suffering from gunshot wounds. Audinett is expected to be charged with Attempted Robbery when he recovers from his wounds.
