Seventy tour guides no longer suspended from Tourism Village
There is also resolution to a conflict that erupted last Thursday at the Fort Street Tourism Village when nearly seventy tour guides were suspended from operating on the compound. Five cruise ships docked this morning and the hustle and bustle returned to the village in full swing. The difficulties arose from violations to a standing agreement between the Belize Cruise Ship Tour Guide and Taxi Association. Both sides settled the score and agreed to implement policies that would better serve the industry.
