Three more cases of carnal knowledge

Cases of sexual abuse in 2008 spiked forty eight and a half percent over 2007. And there are three more incidents of carnal knowledge to add to the statistics tonight and two of the alleged culprits were close to the victims; the father and step-father. The first incident involves a twelve year old who lives with her father but went to visit her mother in March of last year for the Easter holiday. She claims that while at her mother’s home, her step-father entered her bedroom and had sexual intercourse with her. On January thirteenth, the minor made the report to police who have since detained the man.

The second case involves a fourteen year old of San Marcus Village in the Toledo District. The teen and her mother reported to the police that the incident involving her father occurred in August of 2008. The minor said that her father had sex with her and when a medical examination was completed, it certified that the girl has been carnally known. Police are looking for the girl’s father for questioning.

In a third incident, on January second a fifteen year old minor reported to police that she had sexual intercourse with her twenty-two year old boyfriend at his home. The police have detained the man and charges are expected to be filed against him for Unlawful Carnal Knowledge.
