Michael Williams, dead at 76

He was a well respected businessman and tonight we report the passing of seventy-six year old, Michael William Oswald Williams. Williams was battling with Lung Cancer and on Tuesday, he died in Miami Florida. On January seventeenth, a memorial service will be held and will be followed by the scattering of his ashes in the English Caye Channel. A husband and father of two, Williams was an entrepreneur involved in varied businesses including shipping and tourism. He was owner and director of EuroCaribe Shipping Services, one of Belize’s top Shipping Companies, the Michael Collin Gallery, Maritime Estates and the Harbour View Restaurant in the Fort George Area.
