First case of carnal knowledge for 2009

The numbers show that cases of carnal knowledge increased dramatically last year and tonight there is one more to add. The first case of this type of sexual abuse for 2009 was reported this past Thursday when a thirty-two year old food vendor of San Lazaro Village in Orange Walk accompanied her fifteen year old daughter to the police where the minor recounted that on New Years Day at around one a.m. she was on her way to her grandmother’s home when she was stopped by a man known to her as ‘Carlos’. The girl says that ‘Carlos’ then took her to a nearby school and had sexual intercourse with her. Police have since identified and are looking for one Carlos Caba of Orange Walk Town.
