Man charged with Aggravated Assault for firing 15 shots
In another case, twenty year old, Clifford Flores of Caesar Ridge Road appeared in court to answer to charges of Aggravated Assault on twenty-three year old Wayne Rocke. Today, Flores appeared before Magistrate Sharon Frazer and pleaded not guilty to the charge, but due to the nature of the offence, he was remanded into custody until February twenty-sixth. The incident occurred on January third, when Rocke, a construction worker of Jane Usher Boulevard told police that while riding his bicycle on Caesar Ridge Road, Flores approached him and allegedly fired fifteen shots at him. Rocke says the gun resembled a nine millimetre pistol of which Rocke pulled out from his pants.
