Three culprits charged for gas station robbery
Last Thursday, we reported that the ordinarily quiet community of Sandhill was rattled when the only gas station was held up and the employees bound before being robbed of almost five thousand dollars in cash and items. By today police had bangled and escorted not one but three Sandhill residents to the Magistrate’s Court to face the music. The trio, Ryan Barnett, Andy Williams and Andrew Baptist are charged with Aggravated Burglary and Conspiracy to Commit Aggravated Burglary. The station manager, Eliseo Moralez reported to police that upon arrival at the station he observed that the computer attached to the cameras was damaged and duct tapes were scattered on the floor. A short while later, a man entered and ordered a bamboo and then pulled out a gun and held up the business. In court Barnett, Williams and Baptist pleaded not guilty and were remanded to the Hattieville prison until April nineteenth.
