One man stabbed; one chopped in separate incidents
And still on crime, on Boxing Day, police visited the Western Regional Hospital and saw twenty year old Brian Garbutt of Roaring Creek admitted to ward with cut wounds to his face, back of the head, neck, shoulder and hand. Investigations reveal that sometime earlier Garbutt became embroiled in an altercation with Corwin Mendoza, who inflicted the chop wounds. Police are looking for Mendoza.
The following day, seventeen year old Ijinio Avila of Benque Viejo Town reported to police that he was attacked by four men. The incident occurred around two in the morning in front of the Marshalleck Cancha. Avila was beaten and stabbed three times to his abdomen with a piece of broken bottle by one of the men he identified only as Edward. Police are now looking for Edward, another youth by the name of Wilmer and the two other culprits.
