Tang Supermarket robbed by two gunmen

And a grocery store in the Kings Park area of Belize City has been robbed. On Sunday afternoon just after midday, two men with rags over their faces stormed Tang Supermarket on Third Street and held up eighteen year old Zhen Deng. Zhen said after the assailants opened up the barred entrance to the store, they pulled out handguns and pointed them at her. One of the men jumped over the counter and stole five hundred dollars cash and phone cards valued at three hundred dollars. The other assailant stole her cell phone and gold chain worth about one thousand five hundred dollars. The police have detained three suspects in relation to this incident.
