B.E.L. gives 57 hampers to disadvantaged families
And there are plenty of persons and organizations spreading Christmas cheer this season and the Belize Electricity Limited is one of them. On Tuesday, B.E.L. delivered fifty-seven hampers to needy families across the country. The baskets were valued at ten thousand dollars and were filled with various grocery items including turkey and ham. This is the tenth year that the B.E.L. staff has pitched in to purchase products for the annual Christmas Hamper Drive.
