M.O.E. absorbs increase in CSEC and CAPE fees
There has been a positive change of heart by G.O.B. The Ministry of Education today announces that it will be picking up the tab for previously announced increase in fees for the Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate examinations. Parents had complained to the ministry that the hike for the May to June 2009 exams would have put a dent in their pockets so M.O.E. has decided to absorb the difference in fees for CSEC and CAPE exams. Parents who have already paid the new fee can request a refund from schools and examination centers.
