Man charged with Indecent Assault of sister-in-law
In the Magistrates’ Court meanwhile, a fisherman was today fined two thousand dollars for Indecent Assault upon his sister-in-law. Forty year old Charles Arzu has until December twenty-ninth to pay the fine and if he defaults he will spend two years in prison. The incident in question occurred on September twenty-ninth. According to the complainant, she was asleep with her common-law husband when she was suddenly awakened to find Arzu behind her rubbing her on the rear and whispering in her ear. During the case, Arzu did not challenge the woman’s testimony.
