Gold chain thief is too slow on the pedal
A thief who tried to rob a man of his gold chain was caught dead in his tracks. Twenty-one year old Victor Gibbs reported to police that around six-fifteen Wednesday morning, he and a friend were standing in front of his house when a tall male with braided hair rode up to them on a bicycle and asked for the time. As he checked his watch, Gibbs says the man ripped his gold chain from his neck. When the thief was about to ride off, Gibbs and his friend accosted him and when the cops arrived, recovered the chain and detained thirty-two year old Michael Usher of Faber’s Road.
