Telemedia adopts Princess Royal Park in Dangriga

If you are heading to Dangriga for the celebrations of Garifuna Settlement Day or even sooner, there is a new facility that you will not miss, smack in the middle of town. The Princess Royal Park has received a whole new facelift with new benches, playground equipment, fencing, walkway bathroom facilities, garbage disposals and improved lighting. One hundred thousand dollars were invested by Telemedia to upgrade what will now be known as the Telemedia Princess Royal Park. The inauguration of the park takes place tomorrow morning and according to Telemedia, it is all part of its Adopt-a-Park Programme under which two parks in Belize City and one in Placencia have also benefited.
