Percival Jones wanted for murders in Dangriga

In an update to the gruesome murder in Dangriga on Monday, a post mortem examination has been conducted on the bodies of thirty-three year old businessman, Yue Lian Liu and thirty-one year old, Liping Zhen, which concluded that both men died of internal and external hemorrhaging. Today police have issued details of the identity of the suspect in the vicious murder. He is eighteen year old, Percival Jones of Mangrove Street in Dangriga Town. Jones, who is considered armed and dangerous, has been connected to several crimes in Dangriga and police need the assistance of the public to apprehend him. The incident occurred shortly before midnight on Monday when Jones allegedly entered Zhen’s home, tied and fatally stabbed Zhen and Liu. Xue Na Yan and Jian Conc Yan were also wounded in the incident.

Meanwhile, police have identified a man found dead in a house two miles south of Carmelita Village, Orange Walk as Guatemalan national, Ventura Garcia. The latest murder victim was found yesterday morning on a farm in the Golden Pond area. A post mortem indicates the man died of trauma due to machete wounds.
