Salvadoran charged for unnatural crime with a dog

Story PictureIn this newscast, varying degrees of unthinkable crimes are reported from time to time, but bestiality is one that is not often heard of, much less reported. Today we report of one such case in the Magistrate Court where fifty-eight year old Salvadoran national Brigido Majano pleaded guilty to the charge of unnatural crime with a female dog. The incident occurred on October thirteenth when Majano was seen taking the neighbor’s dog to his home on Albert Street West. Sensing trouble, the neighbor immediately contacted the police. Upon their arrival at Majano’s residence, the police caught Majano in the act. When asked by Chief Magistrate McKenzie why he committed the crime, the accused stated that he did not know how to approach women, nor did he have the strength. Chief Magistrate ordered Majano to be remanded to prison until November fourteenth and that he is to undergo a psychiatric evaluation.

And in another disturbing report, a Dangriga man is facing charges of carnal knowledge of a girl half his age. This past Tuesday, a fifteen year old minor of Belize City reported to police that she went with her thirty year old boyfriend, Eworth Jones, to Dangriga Town and she had sexual intercourse with him twice that day. A medical examination has been conducted and a doctor has certified that she has been carnally known. Jones, a resident of the Benguche Area in the town, has been arrested and charged.
