Three more charged with burglary of Prosser

In other news from the Magistrates’ Court, three more persons were charged in connection with the burglary of Prosser Agrochemical, located at seventy-one North Front Street. The trio: nineteen year old Ronald Michael, twenty year old Terron Palma and nineteen year old Herman Grant, were slapped with charges of Attempted Burglary. The three pleaded not guilty to the charge and were offered bail of five thousand dollars. They are to re-appear in Court on October thirtieth. Security officer George Hernandez reported to the police that at about two o’clock in the morning of September twenty-eighth, he and another security guard checked the compound of the business, where they spotted the three defendants hiding in a dark area near the door of the building. Hernandez said he drew his pistol and ordered the trio to lie on the ground then he called the police. Yesterday, two adults and a fifteen year old minor were charged with burglary in relation to the same incident.
