P.U.P. prepares for Party Anniversary

And while the PUP finalizes convention plans, it also prepares to celebrate its anniversary on September twenty-ninth. Of significance is that the amended party constitution opens up the number of delegates that can participate in party elections; that number is now in the range of two thousand persons. Briceño says after sixty years of trailblazing and constant change, the PUP remains a formidable force.
