Courts in Belmopan jacked of over $14,000 in goods
The Belmopan branch of the furniture and appliance store, Courts was burglarized over the weekend. According to forty year old manager, Sharon Morris, between one p.m. on Saturday and seven-thirty Monday morning when the store was closed for the weekend, it was broken into. The burglars stole cell phones, digital cameras, two laptops, a weed eater and a chainsaw; all totaling around fourteen thousand dollars. It is reported that the burglars gained access through the roof of the building located on Constitution Drive and up to news time no one has been apprehended for the incident.
