4 more charged for selling illegal lottery
Authorities are cracking down on the sale of illegal lottery and tonight four more merchants have been charged. Today in Magistrates’ Court, thirty-two year old Cai Hua Tan, twenty-eight year old Guan Ning Wu, twenty-two year old Feng Luo, and thirty-three year old Guoquin Chen, pled not guilty to the charges. The four have business throughout Ladyville and were arrested after a sting operation led by members of the police department. The three men and one woman were released on a bail of two thousand, five hundred dollars and are scheduled to reappear in court on October seventh.
