Telemedia Acquires N.D.F.B. building
The N.D.F.B. building had been on the auction block for some time now, and today when the gavel finally came down, Telemedia acquired the building on Coney Drive for an undisclosed sum. The building was built with a loan from the Social Security Board to the N.D.F.B. in 1994 and over the years it changed tenants when the N.D.F.B. could not meet payments. At a previous auction, the bidders did not reach the reserve price but today the building changed ownership. It is at a prime location not far from the headquarters of Telemedia which plans to use the three storey building for expansion projects.
