B.D.F. officer accused of stealing ex-common-law wife’s cell
A B.D.F. private this morning pleaded not guilty to Theft. Twenty-five year old Hubert Cacho is accused of stealing his ex-common-law wife’s cell phone, valued at nineteen hundred dollars and is additionally charged with using threatening words for using the stolen phone to threaten his ex. The private pleaded not guilty to the charges and was offered bail of fifteen hundred dollars. His case was adjourned until October fourteenth. On August twenty-ninth, Yvette Morrison reported that she was walking on Orange Street when Cacho came up behind her, put something to the side of her head, and told her to hand over her cell and everything she has. Morrison says two days later, Cacho called and threatened to kill her.
