Kevin Singh drops theft charges against Taiwanese employees
Police say they will not press any charges against the three Taiwanese employees of North America Company in the Commercial Free Zone. That’s because their boss, Kevin Singh, who is in China, indicated to cops that he has no interest in pursuing the charges. The three employees: Kan Shi Kun, who is the store manager, along with the cashier, Li Ting and Liang Jun, were accused of stealing around forty thousand dollars in U.S, Mexican, and Belizean currency. The three had claimed that they were only taking money they felt belonged to them because Singh had not lived up to his agreement of depositing their salaries into their Taiwanese accounts for an entire year. Police have confirmed to News Five that Singh and the three employees have now worked out another agreement and that they will remain in his employ.
