Construction worker in prison for unlicensed firearm
In other news from the courts, a man was charged and remanded in custody for Keeping a Firearm without a Gun License when he appeared in Magistrates’ Court today. Eighteen year old, Kendall Sanchez, a construction worker of Antelope Street Extension was charged for the possession of a point twenty-two pistol. At around nine-fifteen Saturday morning, police spotted Sanchez on Central American Boulevard on a bicycle acting suspiciously and when they searched him, they found a gun in the right pocket of his pants. Sanchez was arrested and taken to court today where he pleaded not guilty to the charge and was remanded to Hattieville Prison until September twenty-fifth.
