Three charged with Carnal Knowledge, Rape and Assault

Today, thirty year old Jiovanni Lauriano, appeared before the Magistrates Court and was charged with Unlawful Carnal Knowledge for allegedly having sex with a fifteen year old girl who is reportedly his girlfriend. The teenager claims that on the eleventh of July, she went to a house on Mahogany street extension where she had sex with Lauriano. To compound her problems, the girl claims that around six p.m., she was raped by Marlon Harris aka ‘Lypo’ and was sexually assaulted by Alex Lyons. Lauriano has been denied bail and was remanded into custody until July thirty-first. Harris was charged with Rape and Lyons was charged with Aggravated Assault when they appeared in court last week.

In another case of sexual crimes, police report that twenty-two year old Carlos Morales of Los Tambos has been arrested and charged with the crime of Carnal Knowledge. A thirteen year old female minor, accompanied by her father, reported to the authorities that when she had run away from home on July thirteenth, she was living with Morales until the police located her on the seventeenth July. The twenty-two year old was charged when a medical examination confirmed that the minor had been carnally known.
