City and Cayo teenagers reported missing

Two teenagers were reported missing over the weekend; one in Belize City and the other in the Cayo District. The first case involves a thirteen year old girl, Shantae Cabral, from Raccoon Street Extension in Belize City. According to the girl’s mother, Sancira Cabral, her daughter left home last Wednesday and has not been heard from since. Shantae is of fair complexion, slim build, about five feet nine inches tall and was last seen wearing a white blouse and blue jeans and a pair of black slippers.

In the other case, fifteen year old Arlen Stephania Retano of Ontario Village was reported missing by her mother, thirty-six year old Emma Ortega. Ortega claims that she returned home from Belize City on Friday to find that her daughter was missing. The fifteen year old is five feet, five inches tall, weighs about a hundred and twenty pounds and has straight long hair. She was last wearing a grey blouse, blue jeans and a pair of black shoes.
