As party leader, Briceño also says the party has been making significant moves to revitalize itself.

“We have been consulting with everybody. We did something that has never been done by a political party in this country where we brought in an independent person to come in take a deep and hard and critical look at the party and that produced what we call the Miranda Report. Dionne Chamberlain produced the Miranda Report. That Miranda Report they came up with different things to recommending from inclusion of more women, to going back to the philosophical moorings of the party that we can always be seen that we are not for special interests but that we as a party are here to serve the people of this country.”
