Police investigate mysterious death in Lord’s Bank

Story PicturePolice need the public’s help in identifying the body of a man that was found this afternoon near a creek in Lord’s Bank Village. According to Officer Commanding the Ladyville Police Station Corporal Luis Cawich, it does not appear that foul play was involved but cops continue to investigate how the person died.

Cpl. Luis Cawich, O.C., C.I.B., Ladyville
“We are not certain who is this person. We know it’s a Coolie descent male person probably in the age of between forty and forty-five and we do not suspect any foul play; the doctor had already examined the body but we are asking the public to come forward.”

Marion Ali
“Has anybody been reported missing from this area or Ladyville fitting that description?”

Cpl. Luis Cawich
“No, not that I know.”

Marion Ali
“How long was the body behind there. When did you discover it?”

Cpl. Luis Cawich
“We got the information about two-thirty this afternoon. One of the neighbour called and informed us that while he was chopping the yard he found this body by the creek side face down, apparently dead.”

Marion Ali
“Any distinguishing marks on him?”

Cpl. Luis Cawich
“No.”

Marion Ali
“What kinda clothes was the person wearing?”

Cpl. Luis Cawich
“Okay, this person was wearing a blue dress pants; a long pant, grey undershirt. He had a silver ring on the left index finger and he had a black Casio watch.”

Marion Ali
“And foot wear?”

Cpl. Luis Cawich
“He had on a white tennis, Air brand. We are asking the public to come and to see if they can identify this person because at this present moment we don’t have any report of a missing person.”
