Post mortem complete, but no arrests in soldier’s death
The post mortem on B.D.F. Lance Corporal Warren Cho reveals that he died from “acute pulmonary oedema due to paradigm bleeding of the right lung due to abdominal trauma and laceration”. In layman terms this means he died when his lungs filled with fluid after he went into shock from trauma to the abdomen. As we reported last night, Corporal Cho died Tuesday night after he and a group of fellow soldiers went drinking at a bar in San Ignacio and subsequently got into a fight. Cho was restrained and handcuffed, but somehow ended up in the Macal River, barely alive. San Ignacio police continue to try to determine who was responsible for his death.
