Angry drunk bleeds to death from cut wrist

A Belize City mechanic apparently bled to death on Wednesday night following an alcohol induced fit of rage. According to his co-workers at Mike’s Motorplex, around three in the afternoon, twenty-nine year old Glenn Urbina showed up at the Cemetery Road compound inebriated and was told to go home. Urbina got upset, picked up a pipe wrench and broke one of the glass panes of an office window. But as he did so, he received a serious cut to his wrist. Instead of rushing to get help, Urbina reportedly walked across the street and proceeded to drink a stout even though he was bleeding profusely. When police arrived at the scene, he allegedly refused their assistance, walked away, and then collapsed. Urbina was rushed to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital but he later died.
