Teenager accused of threatening Haulze Street residents
In other court news, tonight an eighteen year old is behind bars, accused of threatening to kill two people. According to thirty-two year old Lillian McCullock, around six on March third she was on Haulze Street when she saw two men beating her daughter. McCullock says she ran to her offspring’s aid but one of the men waved a machete in her face and told her he would chop her. McCullock says the man left the area only to return later, this time with a gun which he pointed in her direction and told her he would shoot her. The day after that incident, another Haulze Street resident, Winfield Tasher reported to police that he was sitting on an abandoned car when the same man rode up to him and pointed a handgun at him. As a result of police investigations, this morning eighteen year old Emerson Eagan was arrested and charged with two counts of Aggravated Assault. Eagan has been remanded to Hattieville Prison until May nineteenth.
