Toledo teacher charged with carnal knowledge of student
Punta Gorda police have arrested and charged a teacher for engaging in sex with a student. A thirteen year old girl from Dolores village has accused twenty-two year old Marcos Chub of taking her into a classroom and sexually assaulting her. As a result of their investigation, on Saturday police charged Chub with one count of Carnal Knowledge. Because there is not a resident Magistrate in P.G., Chub has been remanded until Thursday when he will be formally arraigned on the charge. Sources tell News Five Chub has maintained his innocence of the crime.
