Three CitCo employees suspended amidst Under-Depositing scandal
The Belize City Council has decided to suspend three of its employees. The decision follows a meeting this afternoon with its Finance Director, Dwane Davis. The other two who were sent home are Davis assistant, Kiran Bhudrani, and Philip Henry, who worked out of the Traffic Department. Davis was suspended for six weeks, while Bhudrani – for four weeks and Henry for two. The Council made the decision made on the findings of the Audit Department’s recent report on the Council’s finances.
