Traffic accident leaves cyclist dead
A Belize City man riding on the wrong side of the road was killed when he was knocked of his bicycle Sunday night. The mishap occurred in front of B.T.L headquarters on Princess Margaret Drive around six-thirty and claimed the life of sixty-four year old Lionel Leslie. Forty-six year old Ronford Wagner reported to police that he was driving his Mitsubishi pickup and accidentally knocked down Leslie, who was riding contrary to the flow of traffic. Leslie died while receiving treatment at the K.H.M.H. the following day.
