… While city ambush kills one, wounds two

There was another fatal shooting today, late this evening on Gill Street in Belize City. News Five’s Marion Ali is just in from the hospital where Senior Superintendent Chester Williams gave her some of the details.

“Sometime around five-fifteen there about, the police were called to Gill Street here in Belize City as in the Faber’s Road area. Upon arrival, information was received of three persons who suffered gunshot wounds who were already transported to the hospital. The police investigation in this matter continues. We have one suspect detained at this time and we are working, trying to tie down the investigation, put all ends together and we’ll see where we go from three.”
