Child hospitalised in pedestrian knockdown
Central American Boulevard near its approach to the Belcan Bridge was the scene of a traffic accident this afternoon that has left a little girl with serious injuries to her head and both legs. News Five met the man who picked her up and took her to the hospital in the same vehicle that knocked her down. James Neal said normally he would be at home in Mullins River Village but at around three this afternoon he was at the right spot at the right time. Neal says he was coming through Peter Seco Street towards the Boulevard when the incident unfolded before his eyes.
