Tacoma driver charged for casuing death of passenger
An accident on the Hummingbird Highway this past Sunday night resulted in the death of nineteen year old Suzette Mossiah and according to police, the driver of the vehicle is facing four charges. Mossiah was travelling from Armenia Village to Belmopan along with Balmore Hernandez. But Hernandez lost control of the Toyota Tacoma pickup and it overturned in the Springfield area. Mossiah, who was flung from the vehicle, succumbed while being rushed to the Western Regional Hospital. A post mortem has determined that she died due to massive head injuries. Hernandez has been charged with Manslaughter by Negligence, Causing Death by Careless Conduct, Driving a Motor Vehicle without Due Care and Attention and Driving a Motor Vehicle with Alcohol Concentration above the Prescribed Limit.
