Lawrence proposes to Irma…

The next item on our newscast is not exactly what you’d call news. It is, however, of great importance, particularly to two young Belizeans, one of whom is hopefully watching right now. It takes the form of a request from one of our many viewers abroad who watch News Five over the internet … and his message goes like this. A man once said: “people come into your life a reason, some for a season, and some for a lifetime. When you figure out which it is you’ll know exactly what to do. Today, one young man is hoping to get lucky by moving from a season to a lifetime. So, tonight, Irma Veronica Fairweather, Lawrence would like to know if you’d make him the luckiest man in the world by marrying him.”
