Reena Usher wins Queen of the Bay 2009
This past Saturday night, the annual Queen of the Bay designate was chosen. Ten delegates from across the country competed to win the title as the sixty-fourth Queen of the Bay. But after the various rounds of competition, Reena Usher, who represented Stann Creek, was top of the class. Here are some highlights of the winning moments.
