Kings of Comedy take centre stage Friday night

If you are in the mood for humour this weekend, then you need to head to the Bliss on Friday night. The four local comedians who are scheduled to take centre stage are Dillon Jones, Rafael Martinez, Kenny Morgan and Lionel Mangar. And according to one comic, hearing laughter from the audience brings its own rewards.

“I try to live by two things if your problems can be solved don’t worry if it can’t be solved, don’t worry either. Laughter does help other than just sitting there in a corner by yourself wondering what happen so it’s best you get out and just laugh, laugh. You could be serious…I mean even after a funeral people sit down and laugh affa who me deh cry, who neva mi deh cry, laugh da just wah part ah we. Even the saddest man laugh sometime, if dah even to himself and when you can make people laugh it’s just something wonderful.”

The show starts at eight thirty on Friday night. Tickets are thirty dollars premier, twenty reserve.
